The N S Raghavan Center for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore, was set up in March 2002 to seed, nurture and promote entrepreneurship with emphasis on startups.The activities of NSRCEL are varied and encompass such areas as teaching, research, short-term programmes, seminars/panel discussions, entrepreneurship facilitation initiatives and most important, the incubation facility for entrepreneurs.

The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Cell at IIM Bangalore is a completely Student Managed Initiative set up with the objective of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within the student community and create learning opportunity for the students through interactions with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and the like.  This is facilitated through various seminars, panel discussions and networking opportunities like Barcamps and Startup Saturday (In collaboration with NSRCEL) that happen the year round.
