Eximius, India’s largest Entrepreneurship & Innovation Summit, is organised by IIM Bangalore in close association with the internationally acclaimed N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at IIM Bangalore with an aim to promote a spirit of entrepreneurship in the country. This year YEP will be held as a 3-day bootcamp from 11th -13th August 2023, in the premises of IIM Bangalore in offline mode.

Mission:

“Our mission is to provide comprehensive entrepreneurship education & mentorship to young individuals, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to start and grow their own businesses. We aim to foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and social responsibility, empowering young entrepreneurs to make a meaningful contribution to the economy and society.”

The objective and strategies that YEP will employ to fulfill its mission are:

• Offer educational programs and workshops that cover various aspects of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, marketing, finance, and leadership.
• Connect young entrepreneurs with experienced mentors and industry experts who can guide, advise, and support them throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
• Providing access to funding opportunities and networking events to help young entrepreneurs launch and scale their ventures.
• Promote social entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices, encouraging young entrepreneurs to consider the social and environmental impact of their ventures.
• Collaborate with educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to create a supportive ecosystem for young entrepreneurs.

Legacy:

The Young Entrepreneurship program commits to making a difference and leaving a meaningful imprint on the lives of young entrepreneurs and the broader community. This program has a history of attracting budding and novice entrepreneurs all over India, with participation reaching over 250 candidates last year. This program strives to create a legacy of empowered and successful young entrepreneurs who have transformed their ideas into thriving businesses, to foster the creation of sustainable businesses that prioritize social and environmental responsibility, to contribute to the development of a vibrant and supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem, to break down barriers and increase access to entrepreneurial opportunities for young individuals from diverse backgrounds. The program aims to instill a sense of social responsibility in young entrepreneurs and actively engage them in making a positive social impact.

Registration fee options:

• Pass 1: 1199/- [ 3 Day YEP pass + Free entry to Proshow] (in smaller fonts)
• Pass 2: 1399/-  [ 3Day YEP pass + Free entry to Proshow + 1 Eximius T-shirt]
• Pass 3: 1699/-  [ 3Day YEP pass + Free entry to Proshow + 1 Eximius T-shirt + 1 Eximius Jacket]
• Pass 4: 1999/-  [ 3 Day pass to YEP, All Speaker sessions and Workshops + 1 Eximius Tshirt]
• Additional – Accomodation & Food: 500/night – (Additional charges to be paid for Accommodation and Food for 11th-13th August 2023 in IIMB campus)

Registering participants should choose 1 out of the first 4 options of passes and also accomodation+food option if they are willing to stay in IIM Bangalore. If only a pass is chosen and not accomodation+food option, the participant has to stay outside of IIMB campus but can attend YEP sessions during the day between 6am and 10pm (tentatively)

Eligibility for Certificate:

• Mandatory attendance during the opening and closing ceremonies
• Attendance in at least 6 sessions (speaker session/ panel discussion/workshops) across both the days of the summit (excluding mandatory attendance in opening and closing ceremonies)
